Remote Toggle Switch and Cable

My switch was listed as supported but I was then told that the remote switch was not capatible so only the cable works. Luckily I just needed the cable only because my remote still works. They did compensate me $12 for the remote but they should make note that the remote does not work for my model. Also, the shipping cost almost as much as the part I needed, which is a bit extreme. Unfortunately, you can't get these parts on any other site that I am aware of.

Working without problems

Received it very quickly, no problem with use on KVM, switching working without hitch.
